Individual Therapy

The therapist-client relationship plays an essential role in facilitating healing and making meaningful changes. Through this dynamic relationship, you better understand yourself, as well as your self in relation to others. In individual therapy sessions, you can expect to feel challenged – in a productive way – to reevaluate what you do and why.

Dr. Leve customizes therapy sessions for each individual client. Therapy is primarily relational in orientation.Cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness skills are integrated into the therapy sessions as needed. Typically, a client attends therapy once or twice a week.
